OVERVIEW
This significant ‘bespoke’ concept was conceived in two stages on the location of the initial residence. During the initial stage, a spacious bedroom annex was erected in accordance with Permitted Development guidelines. This new annexe encompasses a sizable living space incorporating a wellness area with a spa/jacuzzi, seamlessly connecting to the patio through bi-fold doors. 

The second phase the clients moved into the new annexe whilst the original house was demolished and the main building was constructed on its site, making room for the construction of the primary structure on its footprint. This substantial development includes a stunning elegant balcony staircase. Among the array of distinctive design elements of the property standing out amongst several design features of the property is the moon room on the second floor and the canopied windows. MP Architects designed the house, secured planning permission, and efficiently managed the construction process.
