OVERVIEW
We won a competitive tender to take this building from a sub-standard project by others to a fully working factory which is the central kitchen for Maroush Group.
OUR SOLUTION
A lot of building regulations had changed/ improved between the time this building was started and when we needed to get it signed off. We took the plant and equipment which was scattered around the site, the clients updated requirements and then with the help of our consultant M&E engineers redesigned and reconfigured the building. The quality materials used achieve the highest BRC standards.
