We are very excited to present a family led re-development of the existing Nolan’s Freehouse toward the re-provision of the public house and new high quality residential flats at 33 Wilcox Road.
OUR SOLUTION
The vision for the site which lies near to Nine Elms Station Is to create a vibrant mixed-use and sustainable development of the highest design quality that will bring far reaching benefits to this strategically important and highly visible site and surrounding neighbourhood.
